‘Illusion’  is a compact new Tibouchina. This plant is another member of the exciting new range of Tibouchina hybrids called ‘Fantasy Flowers’ TM.

Tibouchina ‘Illusion’  is a dense shrub which grows to 2.5m high and 2.5m wide. ‘Illusion’  displays large flowers which open white, then mature to a deep purple, creating a stunning array of colours from Autumn to Spring. This new Tibouchina is very hardy, which makes it relatively easy for anyone to grow. Suitable for cool to tropical climates, this shrub is ideal as a feature plant in the garden.

‘Illusion’  performs well when planted in moist, well-drained soils. The plant will also appreciate a light prune and fertilise after flowering.
